The TC7660 device is a pin-compatible replacement for the industry standard 7660 charge pump voltage converter. It converts a +1.5V to +10V input to a corresponding -1.5V to -10V output using only two low-cost capacitors, eliminating inductors and their associated cost, size and electromagnetic interference (EMI). The on-board oscillator operates at a nominal frequency of 10 kHz. Operation below 10 kHz (for lower supply current applications) is possible by connecting an external capacitor from OSC to ground. The TC7660 is available in 8-Pin PDIP, 8-Pin Small Outline (SOIC) and 8-Pin CERDIP packages in commercial and extended temperature ranges.

The ATtiny13A is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the ATtiny13A achieves throughputs approaching 1 MIPS per MHz allowing the system designer to optimize power consumption versus processing speed.

The PIC12F508/509/16F505 devices from Microchip Technology are low-cost, high-performance, 8-bit, fully-static, Flash-based CMOS microcontrollers. They employ a RISC architecture with only 33 single-word/ single-cycle instructions. All instructions are single cycle (200 μs) except for program branches, which take two cycles. The PIC12F508/509/16F505 devices deliver performance an order of magnitude higher than their competitors in the same price category. The 12-bit wide instructions are highly symmetrical, resulting in a typical 2:1 code compression over other 8-bit microcontrollers in its class. The easy to use and easy to remember instruction set reduces development time significantly.

The Microchip Technology Inc. 93XX46A/B/C devices are 1Kbit low-voltage serial Electrically Erasable PROMs (EEPROM). Word-selectable devices such as the 93AA46C, 93LC46C or 93C46C are dependent upon external logic levels driving the ORG pin to set word size. For dedicated 8-bit communication, the 93AA46A, 93LC46A or 93C46A devices are available, while the 93AA46B, 93LC46B and 93C46B devices provide dedicated 16-bit communication. Advanced CMOS technology makes these devices ideal for lowpower, nonvolatile memory applications. The entire 93XX Series is available in standard packages including 8-lead PDIP and SOIC, and advanced packaging including 8-lead MSOP, 6-lead SOT-23, 8-lead 2×3 DFN/TDFN and 8-lead TSSOP. All packages are Pb-free (Matte Tin) finish.

The Atmel® AVR® ATmega128 is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the ATmega128 achieves throughputs approaching 1MIPS per MHz allowing the system designer to optimize power consumption versus processing speed.

The Atmel® AT24C512C provides 524,288 bits of Serial Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) organized as 65,536 words of 8 bits each. The cascadable feature of the device allows up to eight devices to share a common 2-wire bus. The device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low-power and low-voltage operation are essential. The devices are available in space-saving 8-lead JEDEC SOIC, 8-lead EIAJ SOIC, 8-lead TSSOP, 8-pad UDFN, 8-ball WLCSP, and 8-ball VFBGA packages. In addition, the entire family is available in 1.7V to 3.6V and 2.5V to 5.5V versions.

The PIC12F609/615/617/12HV609/615 has a 13-bit program counter capable of addressing an 8K x 14 program memory space. Only the first 1K x 14 (0000h- 03FFh) for the PIC12F609/615/12HV609/615 is physically implemented. For the PIC12F617, the first 2K x 14 (0000h-07FFh) is physically implemented. Accessing a location above these boundaries will cause a wrap-around within the first 1K x 14 space for PIC12F609/615/12HV609/615 devices, and within the first 2K x 14 space for the PIC12F617 device. The Reset vector is at 0000h and the interrupt vector is at 0004h (see Figure 2-1).

The Microchip Technology Inc. 25LC512 is a 512 Kbit serial EEPROM memory with byte-level and page-level serial EEPROM functions. It also features Page, Sector and Chip erase functions typically associated with Flash-based products. These functions are not required for byte or page write operations. The memory is accessed via a simple Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible serial bus. The bus signals required are a clock input (SCK) plus separate data in (SI) and data out (SO) lines. Access to the device is controlled by a Chip Select (CS) input.

The MCP2561/2 is a Microchip Technology Inc. second generation high-speed CAN transceiver. It serves as an interface between a CAN protocol controller and the physical two-wire CAN bus. The device meets the automotive requirements for high-speed (up to 1Mb/s), low quiescent current, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electrostatic discharge (ESD).

 

The MCP606/7/8/9 family of operational amplifiers (opamps) from Microchip Technology Inc. are unity-gain stable with low offset voltage (250 µV，maximum). Performance characteristics include rail-to-rail output swing capability and low input bias current (80 pA at +85°C, maximum). These features make this family of op amps well suited for single-supply, precision, high-impedance, battery-powered applications. The single is available in standard 8-lead PDIP, SOIC and TSSOP packages, as well as in a SOT-23-5 package. The single MCP608 with Chip Select (CS) is offered in the standard 8-lead PDIP, SOIC and TSSOP packages. The dual MCP607 is offered in the standard 8-lead PDIP, SOIC and TSSOP packages. Finally, the quad MCP609 is offered in the standard 14-lead PDIP, SOIC and TSSOP packages. All devices are fully specified from -40°C to +85°C, with power supplies from 2.5V to 6.0V.

The Microchip Technology Inc. 24AA512/24LC512/24FC512 (24XX512*) is a 64K x 8 (512 Kbit) Serial Electrically Erasable PROM, capable of operation across a broad voltage range (1.7V to 5.5V). It has been developed for advanced, low-power applications such as personal communications and data acquisition.This device also has a page write capability of up to 128 bytes of data. This device is capable of both random and sequential reads up to the 512K boundary. Functional address lines allow up to eight devices on the same bus, for up to 4 Mbit address space. This device is available in the standard 8-pin plastic DIP, SOIJ, SOIC, TSSOP, DFN, and 14-lead TSSOP packages. The 24AA512 is also available in the 8-lead Chip Scale package.
