Union Components spent half a year to pass ISO9001:2008 quality certification with eight broad headings and one-hundred and twenty-five subclasses in 2009. Every assessment is our promise to you. Every Union team professional will put the guiding principle of ISO9001:2008 quality system into our work in various ways. The guiding principle is merged into enterprise management, products testing, and daily life. We will perform in line with our promise using responsible attitudes and a careful working style.

In November, 2007, Union Components (HK) Industrial Ltd. formally became a member of ERAI for mediation and accountability. We have never had a dispute or complaint and always keep a good reputation.

In April, 2008, Union Components (HK) Industrial Ltd. won public acclaim because of excellent products and matching service, and received the HK Inventory Gold Medal honesty member professional qualification certificate.

Since Union Components was established in 1999 until now, we had about 10,000 business contacts, but we still keep the record of “0”trade complaints. This is because we always put quality first.
The trade complaints which most often occur in business deals are quality problems and delivery delays. Union Components built a special quality Management Center to control and manage product quality very strictly and focus on product quality. If Union Components’ parts are found to be unoriginal and after testing, the parts are to be counterfeit, we will bear the freight and refund your money on time. Union Components’ Logistics Center transfers parts from about one-hundred excellent franchised distributors and stocks in Taiwan, HK, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Wuhan, etcetera. We recommend the most suitable way for you according to years of logistics experience.
